Concerts while pregnant

Probably a stupid question...

Just wondering if anyone has done any concerts while heavily pregnant? I'm due to go to 2 in the 7th and 8th month of pregnancy.

Initially I was feeling fine but did the dreaded google and now worried I'm going to damage my baby's hearing if I go.

Both are seated but pop rock concerts so will be pretty loud. Obviously I won't go if it'll cause damage but I've been looking forward to them for such a long time!

Thank you x

Went to loads of gigs pregnant. Enjoy yourself.

This gets asked quite regularly - the medical consensus is that it's fine.

I went to see Bruce Springsteen when heavily pregnant, DS is fine, it doesn't seem to have made him a fan though which is a bit sad. Enjoy it

Baby’s hearing will be absolutely fine, it’s tucked away in there. Just stay out of the mosh pit!

I’m going to one 6 weeks away from my due date. Personally I think more of a risk would be getting accidentally knocked into if it was a standing gig. . Seated is fine though. Everything is very muffled in there so I wouldn’t worry about their hearing.

Thanks all! You've helped put my mind at rest ☺️
