Ok so I was injected with heroin and was unfortunately raped I took the morning after pill and got the copper coil in but now I’m having discharge like spotting and I’m worried incase it’s the implantation bleeding and I can’t take a test for another two weeks as it happened a week ago

I’m sorry that happened to you. Implantation bleeding only happens in around a quarter of women. Whereas implantation caused from coil insertion is incredibly common and may continue on and off for several months. So I would say it’s far more likely to be caused by the coil.

I'm so sorry @Kittyknowles that must have been so horrible for you.

Could it be possible that the bleeding was caused by physical injury during the rape? It might be it has taken a while for the blood to come out. If you are in the UK maybe you can ring Rape Crisis for some support. It's a 24 hour phone line:

Oh I’m so sorry you’re going through this! I didn’t have implantation bleeding with either of my pregnancies but I have had random spotting on normal cycles. I really hope you’re not pregnant because you’ve been through enough.

Ok I am glad you've been getting some support @Kittyknowles 💗
Hopefully the bleeding is just from the coil as the previous poster said.
Some pregnancy tests are more sensitive that others. I think the FRER ones on amazing can be done 5 days before a missed period xx

It’s normal for the morning after pill and for the copper coil to cause some bleeding, you’ve done all you can to prevent pregnancy and it’s not likely to happen the both a copper coil and the map.

I’m glad you’ve taken it to the police and else had all the necessary done. I hope you’ve got plenty of support, and the perpetrator gets a hefty sentence.
