Tilted uterus and ultrasound help

Hi everyone.

I went for a scan 2 weeks ago I should have been 8+1 (I very certain on dates). They said my pelvis was so tilted that they could only see an empty sac and there's no baby. Sac measured as 5+1. I went for a walk and more water and went back and they found a baby but no heartbeat and measured 5+3. Minutes later, as my bladder was filling and pushing my uterus, they found a heart beat and measured 7+5.

They offered a rescan today so I should be 9+5. Different sonographer, said she couldn't see a single thing as I'm so tilted and to go drink more. 15 mins later she tries again and said she can see a baby but there's insufficient growth and can't find a heart beat so she thinks it's a missed miscarriage.

Has anyone else had an experience like this but at nearly 10 weeks?

I've booked a transvaginal later so I can update x

@N400 no experience of this but I remember your original post and just wanted to say that I hope the scan later goes well and that it's positive news x

I had this issue. They just did transvaginal scans.
I also had to drink cold water, go for walks around the hospital, and eat chocolate to wake them up and get them to move into a better position!

Thanks everyone. The transvaginal shows unknown pregnancy location. There was a sac but nothing 😢 so off to the hospital / early pregnancy unit next week. Thank you.

Thank you xx they gave me this to show the early pregnancy unit that the sac is empty. I swear my eyes are playing tricks on me with the white bits. Does anyone know what the white bits would be in an empty sac? Is it where it's being reabsorbed/ dissolving? Xx
