I have attached a picture of purple dot that has appeared on my neck. It’s not raised it’s completely flat. I can’t seem to find online what it is as purple dot usually appear as a rash and I have one. I am 17 weeks pregnant and on Asprin and Blood thinning injections. Not sure if it’s related to these but worrying me incase it was signifying anything bad. I also have Lupus
