Can someone link me to where I can find info on which drugs are ok in pregnancy?

I'm taking sertraline and DH and I had unprotected sex on Thursday. I thought I was OK (am BFing and have cycle of 6-7 weeks at the mo and am two weeks into that cycle), but now think (due to state of CM this morning) that I may be ovulating [dufus emoticon]

Didn't want to be pregnant, but if I am I want it to be OK iyswim.

Also, I'm having a smear test tomorrow. If I am in the process of conceiving is there any risk?
