Help - baby moved from anterior to posterior (sunny side up) at 33.5 weeks? Can she shift back?

Baby has been anterior since 28 weeks at least and cephalic (head down). At my most recent scan, she is now sunny side up - not ideal for birth. I have noticed her kicks have been harder and more pronounced. Can she shift back before birth? Has this happened to you?

Yes it is possible she can turn back to anterior.

They have exercises to promote baby turning back into an anterior position.
