When did you get a positive test?

Am currently TTC but thought this was a good question to ask here Smile

How many days post ovulation did you get a first positive test? And when did you start feeling symptoms?

Got mine 12dpo but given the darkness of the line I reckon I’d have got a faint one at 10dpo. Don’t worry though, I’ve seen so much on here ranging from 7dpo to 2 weeks after missed period! They advise you not to test before your missed period as it can come up negative, but I’m under the impression that if you’ve got symptoms, you should see something!

My first symptom was a spotty face at 7dpo but tender boobs at 10dpo. Good luck ttc!! X

@happyclam I got my first positive (faint) on 10DPO. Only symptom for me was tiredness, every other month i would symptom spot and convince myself i was pregnant and the month i actually was i felt less/pretty much no symptoms at all! Good luck with your journey, i hope it happens soon ❤

I got my BFP this time at 10DPO and it was a very strong line. I think it would have shown at 8 or 9 days. My first symptom was very vivid dreams and a pulling feeling in my stomach.

On my first I didn't test positive until a day after I missed my period and it was faint. Not sure how many DPO that time as I wasn't tracking ovulation x

9dpo and a very faint line on an internet cheapie. No real symptoms other than being very tired. In fact, that's been my only symptom throughout the first trimester. Good luck! 🙂

And only symptoms were sore boobs that started a few days beforehand - which is normally how my period starts too!

10dpo. I did some gardening, came inside and immediately fell asleep on the sofa. Hadn’t felt that exhausted since newly pregnant with my first. There’s nothing like it, like swimming through treacle.

I don't know about post ovulation but with my first pregnancy I got a positive the day after my period was due with the cheap test out the budget shops.

2nd preg I tested 4 days after period due again with cheap test.

9dpo! I’m pretty sure I felt implantation cramps at 6/7dpo, sore boobs and nipples started a day or 2 after that xx

I got a very faint positive at 9dpo, but it was so faint that I didn’t properly believe it until I confirmed with a digital at 11dpo.

15dpo with my first. Day after my period was due. Second I tested at 10dpo would of tested positive at 9dpo. I felt implantation at 6dpo and had vivid dreams (nightmares) from like 3/4dpo. Don't get them when not pregnant. Used easy@home tests and frer

Got a negative test on the day my period was due, it was a week later I got the positive! Only had sore boobs, no other symptoms, currently at 12 weeks

I got the faintest possible line at 12dpo with FMU, so faint I pretty much ignored it thinking it would be a CP. Threw up the day my period was due (only time I've actually been sick) took a test after work, absolutely blazing positive, so that would have been 15dpo. I couldn't believe the differnece a couple of days made.

Mine was on the first day of missed period as I refused to test any time before then due to higher risk of chemical (better to think that I had not conceived than getting excited and then immediately sad).

I did have a feeling though which made me test on that day (though the feeling could have just been a kissed period 😂)

10dpo this pregnancy. I technically had a very faint line on a frer on 9dpo evening but I didn't notice it until after time frame and assumed it was an indent. I've had bfps at 9dpo in my other pregnancies.

Faintest line ever on 9DPO in the afternoon on a wondfo, didnt show up on anything else until 2 days later. Had bad backache and cramps that morning and also felt starving hungry at 11am. Fell asleep on the sofa that night at 8pm!

I got a positive at 10DPO although I had a 9 day luteal phase.

No symptoms, I was still getting normal AF cramps and kept expecting myself to come on.

Earliest out of 5 pregnancies was 8dpo. Round ligament pain and crazy dreams were always my earliest symptoms.

10 DPO with this pregnancy. Very faint but the day before I felt sick and had an aversion to the smell of cheese which promoted me to test.

Before then I didn’t really think it was possible to get a positive at 10DPO.

It was 12DPO with my first pregnancy. No particular symptoms then other than waking up one morning and being very insistent that I wanted to do a test 😂
