Vaginal swab taken 13 weeks pregnant

So i went to gp about my vag being a lil sore having discharge which is like snot tinged a little yellow but i think due to urine and a lil itchy inside they gave me thrush medication and took a swab now why do i feel so anxious about getting my results i always fear the worst anyone else had these symptoms and evreything came back clear and it was just thrush?

I do occasionally get a little bit of yellowish tinged discharge but no itching and have had swabs twice and nothing wrong. I’ve seen loads of people on here say they get yellowish discharge during pregnancy. I’m 23.5 weeks now. It’s not all the time just occasionally and only a little bit.

I had this during first pregnancy and came back clear x
