When did I conceive?

I'm new here, pregnant and very confused!

So, my LMP was 1st March for four days (9 weeks ago). I was seen in the EPU 2 weeks ago, and was estimated at 4-5 weeks with the sac visible but nothing inside. I was rescanned today and told I’m 7 weeks exactly.

when is it likely that I actually conceived? 7 weeks ago? I don’t track ovulation, I just go off what Flo says but I know it can be unreliable as my periods are occasionally irregular.

we DTD on the 15th and 22nd if that’s of any use😂

If you're 7 weeks, you'll have conceived about 5 weeks ago. Day 0 is 2 weeks before ovulation, and is based on having a 28 day cycle with ovulation on day 14! Hope that makes sense! Congratulations!
