I'm 4-6 weeks and paranoid/panicking about everything. I'm having cramps, yesterday I had brown discharge after dtd (sorry tmi) and nothing after that one time but then today midday I went toilet and wiped and had pink spotting. Is this normal? Or sign of chemical?

Hard to say. Only time will tell. But keep an eye on it. It could be implantation bleeding or your cervix could be irritated. I bled/spotted after sex for the first 12 weeks and all was well. But, conversely I've had losses which started the same.

Hope you're OK and know how stressful this can be. X

I had more obvious pink/brown spotting than that at around five weeks. Went to the GP who told me I was almost certainly going to miscarry (I was 42 , that seemed to be her main reason !) I spotted for a weekend and was scanned, too early to see a heartbeat. Scanned again a week and there was the flickering beat . All was well.
My close friend had much the same at the same time, we both think it was implantation causing it.

Totally get how stressful early pregnancy can be! I was googling exactly the same at the start of my last pregnancy. Spotting is common, and I read that the majority of pregnancies with spotting do not end in miscarriage! I had pink and brown spotting pretty much daily until around 12 weeks. Kept panicking and having private scans but all was fine - typing this with our 3 month old in my arms!
