Yeah, mine never changed much

Hiya, I obsess over this unfortunately. Mine went up by two bpm 11dpo and 12dpo, today has gone down by one. But got a strong test so I know really everything must be fine. Would be reassuring to see other ladies say theirs didn’t rise much/fluctuated!

pleeeease please don't read too much into your RHR- I did and so far it's been a waste of time! I've had a few 'dips' in the first trimester almost back down to pre pregnancy rhr- it does tend to be higher now in the second trimester- but even today, it's down to 69, from 80odd the other day.

Hi, I would also recommend not paying attention to your RHR. I obsessed over mine going up every month then dropping before AF, but when I've finally got a positive my RHR actually went right down from a few DPO. I've learnt that it can vary so much for everyone, so please don't read too much into it!

Oh great to hear. Fingers crossed this is my month 😭

I took my Fitbit off at 7 weeks pregnant as I was getting obsessed with rhr and it was so up and down so I was constantly stressing and panicking. I’m now 23 weeks and am considering wearing it again as I miss the step count and it vibrating when my phone rings at work etc. I’ve learned my lesson paying attention to the rhr 😂
