Am I or aren’t I?

Hi all
just looking for some advice. I am 3 days late on my cycle on what’s usually a 25/26 day cycle , now day 30 for me. Had small occasional spotting past 4 days. I usually have some 2 days before period starts but this hasn’t gone into full flow. I have tested 3 days before was due and today again keeps saying negative. Randomly over past week had outbreak of small spots on back of shoulders too. No other symptoms other than about week ago feeling a bit teary a couple days over random stuff unlike me.
am I just delayed on period which haven’t had before or preg but not showing on test yet? Read some people don’t show until later but then also read that if test after due it’s accurate so a little confused

What tests are you using? I would use clearblue digital, I got a BFP the day before my period was due with that

I did first response 3 days prior and 2 days ago then clear blue digital today. All negative but still not my proper period either. All very confusing

Sounds like you're just having an off cycle.
