I'm 33 weeks and soooo uncomfortable down below it stings and is extremely uncomfortable, I'm very swollen down there. I don't think it's a uti and I have not pain or anything going wee. Cold compress help a little but it's kept me pretty awake all night it feels like sandpaper ☹️

It sounds like thrush. There are creams you can use from the chemist but being pregnant you had better check with your midwife or doctor. Thrush being fungal thrives in hot damp place so cotton knickers or going knickerless can help. If it is thrush it's miserably sore but fairly easily treated.

Thrush is really common in pregnancy and you can have caneston.
