Pregnant again but still bleeding after miscarriage

Hi all,

This is my first post so I’m new to all of this!

Anyway, I recently had a MMC and had medical management to pass the pregnancy. Today marks 5 weeks since I took the pills but I am still very lightly bleeding. I had about 3 weeks of bleeding which calmed down for a week then I had what I’m very certain was my period as I knew that I ovulated working this time and the bleeding got heavy again for a few days. However the period seems to have gone now but I am still having random episodes of spotting most days. I was told to wait one period before trying again which I have done. Is it safe the continue trying with the spotting? Has anybody fallen pregnant whilst still recovering from a miscarriage?

Personally I think I’d wait until bleeding has completely stopped as I’d be worried the lining wasn’t thick enough to hold a pregnancy. But I’m not sure whether that’s true or not

i am sorry for your loss.
I had a mmc at 12 weeks with surgical management and got pg again 1 week later - had no idea that was possible.
Shes 18 now!!
