Hi everyone so I got my growth scan today and was able to get a 3D picture of my baby girl. I was wondering if any of you guys had one around that time and did your baby look like the picture when they were born. She is covering her face in this one but I feel like she looks nothing like me or her dad.

My baby looked nothing like me or my husband in this type of scan. Now she's nearly 3 she looks exactly like my nan when she was young and has done ever since the day she arrived. She has blue eyes and fair hair we both have very dark eyes and hair. Genetics are a funny thing x

I don’t think my son looked anything like he did from our 4d scan, so much so I haven’t bothered to have one in this pregnancy. He looked like he had full lips in the scan images like his dad but he actually has my little lips! It’s lovely to get a glimpse in but I really wouldn’t get too hung up on it.

Mine looked very much like her older half sister. That’s when I knew she was a girl as she looked so much like her. The photo we had looked exactly like her when she was born too, I’m definitely having it again this time

My DD looks more like her 3D photo taken around 30 weeks now (8 months) than when she was first born! She seems to have got chubbier cheeks now and had chubby cheeks on the 3D scan, so can definitely tell it's her!

Sadly my maternal grandmothers family conk was very visible in the scan and the moment she was born it was what we noticed first. Luckily it’s not as noticeable as she’s gotten older 😆

Lovely pic! I am thinking of getting one myself. I'm also 32 weeks. I got one at 21 weeks and her face was all lumpy and distorted so considering getting one soon while they can still get an image. I wouldn't put too much into how accurate it'll be when they're born, these scans are notorious for giving distorted images. I've heard better things about the 4D/HD live scanning but it's a bit more expensive.
