Endless headaches

I’m in my first trimester of my first pregnancy and I’m struggling with constant headaches!

I don’t want to be taking paracetamol too often so was just wondering if anyone has any suggestions to ease the headaches?

I suffered for a few weeks with hideous headaches In my first trimester! I also hated popping paracemtol, so I only took one if really necessary. But I was recommended to try “4HEAD” x
