Painful legs

Hey All, I am 22 weeks pregnant with my first baby. I have had no side effects which is great but now my legs wake me at night. Is pain down the outside of each - that does not go whilst I am horizontal. Any ideas? Would love some sleep!! Thanks x

No advice but I had the same with itching as well! It was really hard to sleep.
I tried to sleep on my stomach with various pillows and it did sort of help.
