Does anyone else have/had really painful trapped wind/constipation? I know TMI lol

It's literally every single day I feel like I'm going to burst

Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

I get what feels like trapped wind but I think it's actually just cramping.

@shivawn thank you for responding! I know it's hard to tell isn't it? I know I'm definitely constipated so I'm blaming it on that. I just want the pains to stop!

You need peppermint oil. Mw's give it after cs's because trapped wind can be surprisingly incredibly painful.

I did and it's horrible, peppermint tea and rock back and forth in all fours until it shifts. X

Mine was at its worst around 7-8 weeks. I'm 10 weeks now and it's really eased off. Hopefully you'll start getting some relief soon x

For a common pregnancy symptom?

For this the midwife suggested laying on my back bring the knees up to the chest and rock them from side to side. I am in my sixties now and it really works for trapped wind
