I'm currently 35 weeks and I'm just so so sleepy! I've been waking up a lot in the night for various reasons and I've been having naps in the day but I'm still so sleepy.

Iron came back okay and I'm taking prenatals that contain b12 (I am vegan so worry I get deficient in things) but would anything else help?

I try to get out with the dogs every day as I know not exercising can make you feel worse. It's mainly general household chores that just feel too much for me to cope with :(

Any suggestions or am I just being hard on myself? Thank you in advance :D

I’m 34 weeks and feel exactly the same (also vegan, bloods also completely fine). The dog walks actually really take it out of me although I don’t feel it when I’m out. I agree it’s the household chores that then feel a lot ! Conveniently. 😂

From what I have read and been told, it’s really normal to get quite tired towards the end. Am assuming it’s because the baby is bigger and taking a lot more from you / your heart is working harder to provide good blood flow to both of you.
