Hi all! Currently 24 weeks with my first baby, and finding it so hard to sleep!

I'm ordinarily a big sleeper, 9 hours a night / can nap anywhere anytime kind of person. Last few weeks I'm either up until 4am or waking up from 2am-5am if I manage to fall asleep earlier.

It's making work really hard 😢I feel exhausted I just don't seem to be able to sleep.

Any tips/ideas/ what works for you to get a restful nights sleep?

Hi

Sorry you're having difficulty sleeping.

I don't know if you're already doing that but I had a big comfy pregnancy pillow to help me sleep better.
Unfortunately it doesn't get any easier 😕
I'd highly recommend getting one pregnancy pillow, having a relaxing bath beforehand and listening to something soothing (white noise is great- better get used to it now!)

It's nature's way of getting us used to less sleep as my mum says.

I hope this help.

I find lavender oil on my pillow really helps to keep me asleep.
