Back muscle spasm - 17 weeks

My back has just gone into a spasm. I get this from time to time and will call my physio tomorrow but don’t know what to do in the meantime.

Normally I’d take strong painkillers, hot bath etc but can’t because of being pregnant.

Any tips/ideas?

Can your partner help you into the shower? If you can allow warm water to beat down on the area that might help. Or a warm (rather than hot) water bottle or wheat pack?
