Hi All,

I found out I was pregnant at 4w 6d and since then had sickness pretty much. I still have sickness once a day but not as much as I did when I first found out. Is this normal? Had a previous miscarriage so quite anxious. Thanks in advance.

I had bad morning sickness until 18 weeks in general, and it was all over the place! Some days I would be sick 3 times, others not once at all and didn't feel as sick. Like you I worried about it non stop but everything was fine in the end (my little boy is now 8 months!). I know it's easy to say but so try not to worry, but I know how hard that is to do!

I never had much sickness until around 9 weeks with all of my babies. Even then, it would come and go.

Thanks. I guess it's because it was much worse a week ago compared to now that's why I was worrying but thanks for reassuring that it can be normal x

Just to add actually - my morning sickness started 6 weeks on the dot. For two weeks it was terrible (I remember as it was Xmas time!) and I really worried how I would get through work as could barely make it off the sofa most days. But two weeks later it had calmed down in general and then it was up and down until 18 weeks. Maybe it was as if the hormones were a big shock to my body at first and then they got used to them a bit more?
