Currently 37 weeks first baby, I’ve just been awoken about half an hour ago to a mild niggling lower back pain that comes and goes and mild niggling pain at my lower tummy maybe every 10 mins haven’t timed it yet it’s currently 3:34am my abdomen also mildly tightens baby is moving and kicking around and active as normal

Could be BH but keep an eye out for progression. Anything from 37 weeks is full term, by first 2 babies came naturally at 39+3 and 38+4 (last one was induced early so not the same).

Hang on in there! Not long to go now whether this is BH or actual labour!!

It could be but as it’s woken you up I’d keep an eye on it for progression. Get yourself out for a walk, keep relaxed and lots of happy hormones flowing. It could be nothing but it could be the start.

I got/ am getting loads of BH and personally I find they don't really involve the back, just a short, painless tightening of the bump... Good luck!!
