I was diagnosed with PCOS about two years ago. That being said, my periods are typically between 28 and 35 days every cycle. My last menstrual period was on March 5. It lasted for the typical 5 days they usually do, very heavy bleeding(again, very common for me). It was the last day of the bleeding, a little blood left when my boyfriend and I had unprotected sex. I waited for April to arrive, nothing abnormal, was experiencing some minor cramping and bloating around April 4th. So, boyfriend and I decided to have unprotected sex again, hoping it would be "safer" because I could feel period symptoms and thought it would arrive the next day or if not that day later on. Unfortunately, it did not arrive. I took test after test all negative. The last test that I took was on Sunday, April 16. Yesterday, I had very very light bleeding. A few drops on my pad here and there, then after, only when I wiped. This morning it was the same thing, except the blood was more of a rusty color... I've been feeling cramps, but more of a like a twinge in my left lower abdomen that comes and goes. Could this be implantation and could I have ovulated later in my cycle on the day or around the day of my expected period this month?. Every cycle since I was eleven years old, my periods have been super heavy, so I'm just very confused. Thank you so much!
