Face down ultrasound - first baby

Hi all.
In my 12-14 week scan the baby was face down but the photo was turned back around for the print. I'm trying to make sense of what I'm seeing and place where the placenta is sitting, whether something I'm seeing is a leg bone or umbilical cord or something else. I assume the rounded mass at the top (would actually be bottom?) is the placenta or is it just the shape of the uterus? Just worried it's in a previa position if it is the placenta. Also feel it's obstructing the top line of baby a bit so not sure if I can see the nub or not.
Please can you have a look and tell me what you think you're seeing?
Thanks all.

At this stage I wouldn’t worry about placenta positioning as it can move. They record the placement at the next scan and if there are concerns it is low lying then they will scan again at 32 weeks ish.
