I am 6.5 months pregnant and the last 2 days I've been having a tight/pain feeling in my right middle of my stomach at the end of the day. Is this a cause for concern?

They have been very busy days. Felt better when I woke up this morning but now the feeling is back. Any advise much appreciated thanks you!

Hey im 6.5 months too and i have the same, feels like a stitch sometimes, same place. I think it’s round ligament pain and a bit worse in the evenings because it’s been holding everything up all day. Midwife said my placenta is on the right and the baby likes to lean that side too, sometimes the left side of my bump is squishy while the right feels like a football. I’ve not found anything too effective in relieving it yet though unfortunately!

I had this in the third trimester and was just the extra strain on my stomach- but of course if you're concerned mention it to your midwife x

Thank you so much! A stitch is exactly what it feels like. That’s very reassuring 😀

Thank you so much, that’s so good to know. Will keep an eye but founds just as both the replies describe here so guess it’s just normal x

I had this, 2nd trimester onwards. Tight across the top of my bump, it was quite uncomfortable. I saw docs, they said it was ligaments or something like that (10 yrs ago!), not pleasant but not a worry. There was no solution, it faded in trimester 3. Didn't have it with 1st pregnancy, but this baby was much bigger. Take care op.
