Just wondering if you went for an early scan, did your baby measure what you thought it would according to your dates or is it common to measure smaller at this stage?

I have a scan on Saturday when i'll be 8 weeks exactly. My main reason is to find out if it's a blighted ovum. I'm trying to go in without any good or bad expectations but it's hard

I had a scan at 10+3 and measured a day ahead, the sonographer told me normally 5 days behind or ahead are normal and not to worry if I was a bit behind xx

I went at 8 weeks. Mine measured a day ahead

On DC1 went at 10 weeks and they moved me back 2 days.

With DC2 went at 7 weeks and the moved me forward 4 days. I did test positive much earlier this time so not sure if that made a difference with me being further forward x
