I’m 37 weeks, I can’t wear a coat or jumper when going out or I over heat I have to wear a t shirt, I don’t have heating on in my home because if I do I repeatedly get hot flashes and get sweaty and almost feel faint where I have to take my clothes off and lay on the cool bathroom floor until I feel ok my whole body gets itchy from the heat as well, whenever people come over they comment on how cold it feels whereas to me it feels like room temperature, at night I sleep with a thin sheet and my bedroom windows wide open my friends have now taken to calling My room “the fridge” my entire life I wasn’t really good at dealing with heat but since being pregnant it’s gotten so much worse has anyone else been like this? I’m worried how I’m going to cope when the baby is born as I’ll have to keep everything warm for her

This sounds quite extreme - I would definitely mention to your midwife as could be a symptom of something. Itching might indicate cholestasis so definitely get checked out.
Otherwise it might just be a late pregnancy thing and will go once the baby is born hopefully. However you don't need to keep your house warm for baby as long as they are dressed warm. 16-20 degrees is fine so you could keep your house at 16ish which is quite cool.

It's hormones, extra blood flow, heading into warmer months. It'll probably ease soon after your baby is born, but also you don't need to keep rooms super warm for babies, they can overheat easily.
