Hi,

I'm approximately week 7 into my first pregnancy. For about two weeks I've had terrible nausea. Today, it seems to have completely gone.

Can this happen? I'm a ball of anxiety 😞

OP posts:
Are your children’s vaccines up to date?

Perfectly normal so try not to worry.
Congratulations on your pregnancy.

Definitely normal. With my second I had very slight nausea but nothing else except a little bit more tired. I honestly wouldn't have known I was pregnant until my bump came

@Rose1999 7+2 today and symptoms are definitely coming and going. It's also driving me insane but it seems to be normal.

Definitely normal, I've had symptoms come and go too in first trimester (now 16 weeks). They also came and went when I was pregnant with DS.

@Daisyflower8989 I lost this pregnancy in May but got pregnant again in July. This time again at 7 weeks 2 days symptoms went all of a sudden and I really panicked thinking I was having another miscarriage, I even called the midwife who agreed to give me a reassurance scan a week later and all was fine in the end. Symptoms returned quickly but for me week 7 was the start of them being on and off constantly. I am now 11 weeks and crossing my fingers every day that this pregnancy will result in a baby.
