I've got a fun, newish pregnancy symptom that started developing a few weeks ago, constant headaches.
A bit of back story, I'm 25 weeks but my baby boy is measuring a few weeks ahead in weight in and size, I've been told by fetal medicine that he's close to the 100 percentile. I've been tested for gestational diabetes because of it this, but it was negative and they are basically going to keep testing me until the end of my pregnancy.
But these headaches are something else, I had to have a whole week off work in a dark room the other week, and they come on sporadically and just debilitate me, no painkillers can touch it. I'm also so thirsty and probably drinking about 5 litres+ of water per day.
I went to the doctors a couple of weeks ago, my blood pressure is fine and there's no protein in my urine, so it's not preeclampsia, but I was told it was probably just a sinus headache and to rest. Which hasn't worked!
I'm starting to go a bit crazy with it, it's often accompanied with a fever and sheer exhaustion, and I don't know how I can keep taking random days off work with a headache before they get sick of it!
Anyone experience anything similar?
