Do pregnant women still get a Covid booster?

Just wondered if they still offer covid boosters during pregnancy now?

I remember how the NHS were really encouraging pregnant women to have their covid jabs but now this isn't being talked about much - I can't see a clear answer online.

I've had my initial jabs and the booster, and have had covid, but that was all over a year ago so doubt I'm very protected now.

Does anyone know the latest policy on this?

Hi, no this stopped in February but not widely known. I waited until 28 weeks and was encouraged by midwife and doctor to have one, only to find out I couldn't

Yep, midwife said they do not recommend that pregnant women take the covid vaccine. She didn’t say why. So I guess it’s stopped.

Yes, they are offered. I just had mine two days ago. The new season has started very recently. It's like flu vaccine which has a season so it's no surprise that they stopped in February/March last year for the previous season and have just started for 2023 season.

Yes - I think it's only been available for a week or so and I'm not sure if they are contacting other groups first but pregnant women are on the list for the autumn booster

Yes you can, I booked a flu vaccine for Wednesday this week and they offered me covid as well as pregnant people are eligible now. It never said anything about it on the booking in link though
