Feel like my baby is coming out???

I'm 30 weeks pregnant and I feel like my babies head is trying to come out Ah! I experienced this with my other two children but a few weeks before they were due! Surprised I'm feeling this, this early on! Literally have to go toilet to check my baby is coming out it's soo weird! Anyone know why this happens?

It's baby moving down ready for birth. Happens in the third trimester. You might be feeling it differently this pregnancy as your muscles have done it twice ready so may be a little looser. Double check with your mw if worried

I always felt like this from about 33 weeks , I remember I used try and walk with the top of my legs clenched together as I was convinced the baby was going to just drop out
