Baby movement after failed ECV

Hi all, had a failed ECV a few days ago at 37 weeks. The doctor was able to get the bottom disengaged but head stayed wedged under ribs. Since then I think we are still breech (extended) but baby's whole position seems to have dropped to lower in my body . Anyone else experienced this? Is it normal for baby to move afterwards but not be able to turn completely? TIA
