Nausea at 37 weeks, normal?

Blergh. Bloody Nora. Wiped out with nausea. Morning sickness type, not reflux from vast belly. Been days of it now, only sick once. Don't remember this at all with ds1. Making me extremely tired, interfering with nesting urges and looking after ds1. Any advice? Gingery stuff and eating little and often not working as it did weeks 6-16...
