Nipple stimulation to induce labour

Anyone had any luck doing nipple stimulation to induce labour? I’ve been trying it for a couple of days, get pretty much instant contractions which then tail off. Not sure if this is just my body’s way of telling me it’s not yet ready or whether to persevere!

I just went for full on sex, I have 3 DC and they were all born within 24 hours of having sex.

Couple of orgasms and a warm bath with nipple stimulating...

Went from nothing to baby in my arms in under 7 hours.

@OnNaturesCourse I’ve had lots of warm baths, maybe need to combine it with the stimulating 😂

@GetYourActTogether1 I did try that the other day but I was so uncomfortable I’m not sure we’ll be trying it again (although ask me in another couple of days lol)

Don't know if it caused labour but I desperately tried it at 40+2 (I was a whale and it was 35 degrees). Had a baby about 5 hours later!

I should add that my "methods" got baby out at 37.5 weeks too. I'd also walked a good few miles each day for the 2 day beforehand.

I was so done being pregnant lol.

I was having Clary sage baths, expressing using an electric pump, on the gym ball etc every day from 37 weeks. I was also eating dates from 32 weeks. Eventually had DC at Term +1 after a very good stretch and sweep!

It will only work if your body is ready

I'm far from convinced it works

But at least it gives you something to do
