I'm really unsure what to do breast/nipple pads pre and post partum. So I've noticed this week I'm producing A LOT (31 weeks pregnant). I'm not planning on breastfeeding so I was wondering can I use breast pads now or do you wait until the baby is born?

Pads just soak up excess milk, so you can use them whenever you want. Reusable ones are brilliant, but might not be cost effective if you don’t want to breast feed.
