So blood work as come back, HCG levels are a 5/6 week pregnancy but the progesterone levels are down to a 3 and should be at 11. I have experienced 5 miscarriages already. I am currently tested positive for pregnancy and spotting a brown colored discharge and mild cramping is this a miscarriage again. It's been awhile since I have been pregnant? Inquiring mind???

Have they prescribed you progesterone suppositories? Sounds like you could do with some. Or maybe even progesterone in oil injections - I have no idea if EPU (or wherever you've been seen) can prescribe the injections, but they're pretty routine for those with low progesterone at IVF clinics. I don't know about your specific numbers I'm afraid.
