I currently have 6 month old and just found out I am 4 weeks pregnant. I go back on sept/oct and I will be off maternity around December. I am just stressing about finance. I have 2 months of AL which I can take in between and then be off again for maternity. So technically i will be working for 2 months then be off again. I realise I might not be eligible for SMP but will I be entitled for Maternity Allowence by goverment?
With my first child I was not eligible for SMP because I was working for the company for 6 months before going on ML.
I have whole another issue with my DS rejecting dummy and cosleeping with me and suckling on me all night. I am so sore :( I need to start making him a little more independent before DC2 arrives.
