Horrendous insomnia 12 weeks!

Has anyone else experienced really bad insomnia at 12 weeks? I've had so many bad nights sleep I've lost count. Last night was absolutely the worst where I laid awake all night until my husbands alarm went off at 6.30am! I'm so exhausted it's awful 😫

@Lizbiz89 You're not alone! It's 5.37am and I've been awake since 3am. I'm so tired but just can't sleep. I hope it gets better for you soon.
