Hi I'm 30 weeks pregnant I lost my mucus plug a few days ago witch I know can regenerate so that's not really my concern but this morning I noticed by bump dropped, I have really annoying lightning crotch and I'm peeing literally every 5 minutes tonight. I already know baby is head down because I had a scan last week. I'm so frightened I'm going to go into early labour I messaged the midwife but no response. Would you say I'm over thinking if?

Not over thinking at all. Have a Google for signs of impending labour. If you're having contractions time them and call your maternity unit. In fact, If you're worried at all call your 24hrs midwife hotline or your mat unit. They can help and will talk you through what you need to do.

My LO is head down and say right on my cervix which sends excruciating bolts of pain through my body if I move too quickly or the wrong way. I've been told this is "normal " depending on how they are sitting.

Dropped bump on its own, is usually nothing to worry about. Mine dropped very early on in my first pregnancy. Around 30 wks as well. It can be uncomfortable though.
