Irritable and bearing down after sweep

This is my third baby - DC1 and DC2 were induced so familiar with the process. I was given a sweep today at 37w 3d. I have enormous amount of bearing down, no show, no waters and some back ache. But mainly I'm just incredibly uncomfortable - I can't settle.
Cervix was dilated enough for a successful sweep. What can I do to help momentum? If anything? Any ideas on timeframe for contractions after sweeps?

I have an induction in for 1.5 week's time but trying to make the most of this sweep! I've been on the ball, had a shower etc.

DTD and expressing colostrum helped me I think! Also keeping active - going for walks etc if you can

Try walking along a kerb one foot up on the kerb and one down, as long as there is somewhere safe enough and well lit.
