Thinking of trying acupuncture when TTC as read it can help chances of sticking and reduce miscarriage rate.

does anyone who tried while TTC recommend? Before I waste more money on hopes and dreams lol!

I tried acupuncture after 3 years TTC. I had light, irregular periods and whilst it seemed to help those I didn’t fall pregnant. I carried on with the acupuncture when we did IVF and we were successful on our first round. Not sure if that had an impact. I found it really nice and relaxing so I think it’s worth a try if it’s something you’re interested in, but there are no guarantees.

My acupuncturist sees ladies who are TTC

Shes very good generally although I don't know what her rate of success is with those TTC

A friend did, 18 months of trying, then had x2 sessions and some herbal medicine and fell pregnant.
I’ve used it for various other things and always found it to work well

It's hard to prove and there will always be anecdotal stories. I know that I find acupuncture helpful. Whether it's a placebo type thing or not is impossible to say. But then if it makes you mentally convinced then that could help make you physically better placed as mental and physical are so intrinsically linked.
