6 week scare - small g sac, loss symptoms and brown discharge

Im hoping someone can give me some advice or success stories. I am 32 years old and 6 weeks pregnant tomorrow (this is my first pregnancy), I had a private early scan yesterday and they could see the g sac and y sac but said the g sac was only 3.8mm so asked for me yo come back in 2 weeks for a re scan. But looking on Google this seems very small!
I had very sore boobs but this stopped around 3 days ago and started having brown discharge yesterday. Very little and currently only when wipe.
All of this together I am thinking the worse.
Any advice or similar experience would really help a very anxious me.

@Emilyj13 can you not ring EPU and explain about the cyst and bleeding and bad cramps? As they will see you sooner rather than later , cause the cyst can rupture or twist and cause pains I was told as mine
Is now 9cm so mine has grown xxx

They will not see me on a self referral so I have messaged my midwife to see if she will refer me.
I really really hope it’s nothing but I’m feeling pretty low. I don’t have any blood this morning and no pains just sort of stretching feeling xxx

Updated . It's horrible when you have a cyst I've had pains all night haven't slept well . I'm struggling this time round xx

I have changed my private scan from next week to this afternoon.
I am around 6 and half weeks now after re looking at dates so I would hope they would be able to tell today either way. Do you think?

Scan Wednesday and they saw baby and heartbeat at 6+6 and they pushed hard to my left ovaries and jr was there it was hiding
Cause the cyst is pushing Everythinf away xx

I’m going through the exact same thing so just wondered how you got on OP?

I’m 6 weeks tomorrow and have had sore nipples since my positive test on 7th June, which have disappeared completely in the last few days. Yesterday I had some ache type cramps for about an hour on and off and today I’ve had very light brown discharge when wiping x

Unfortunately mine isn’t a happy ending. I ended up having a miscarriage but there were a number of people I spoke to who had similar symptoms whose baby was absolutely fine. What I found really difficult was that there is nothing you can do so you just have to hope that it’s just a symptom and nothing more. I hope everything is okay x

@Emilyj13 Oh I’m sorry to hear that :( Mine has now started with watery red/pink when wiping :(
