Please help!!?

Hey I need a bit of advice, help or if someone has been in the same situation

I am currently 8+4 weeks pregnant I had a scan at 7 weeks and baby was healthy measuring right and see its heartbeat

Last night I went to the toilet and there was bright red blood when I wiped been nothing else since and no cramping etc the same thing happened at 6 weeks lasted a day and then went pink and then nothing until last night!

Anybody no what it could be? My sickness as seemed less the last few days, boobs are still sore little bit less than previous weeks, still have huge tiredness and headaches

Bleeding is common in pregnancies, I had bleeds with my first child, more than with mmc, often these bleeds were the start of miscarriage so scan showed no heartbeat at that point.
My second I was convinced the cramping was bad, spotting etc and he's 11 yo now.
There's so much going on that can cause sone bleeding, burrowing placenta, vili etc try to consider it can be normal too
