AF here so I know I am not pregnant so why are my boobs aching so much??

AF arrived on Monday - but my boobs have been aching on and off for at least a week now (the only other time they have felt like this was when I was pg!). I have never had aching boobs during AF before so why?

I really don't want to get my hopes up about this as we are TTC - but I have one pg test at home......

DO A TEST! With both pregnancies I got my first period as normal, only difference was the very sore boobs!

Yep was exactly the same, except my boobs never hurt much with periods. Ooh how exciting, am looking forward to you doing the test now!

Ok - will try and do it tonight when I get home but I must stop drinking water now as I have drunk shedloads today so obviously my wee is going to be very diluted!

Rather do the test 1st thing tomorrow morning if you are worried about wee being diluted - stronger hormones and all that!

Of course I will let you know the result.

Not sure if I can wait until tomorrow morning....but I will try my best too as I realise it would probably be more accurate.

Hi - sorry I didn't come back on last night.

I did the test when I got home from work last night (I knew I wouldnt't be able to wait until this morning ) and got a BFN so that counts out pregnancy.

I can only assume the sore boobs are due to AF then

Well maybe test again in another week or so.
Dont rule it out yet.
