Mucus plug!

I'm 30 weeks I've just lost a big chunk of what I'm sure is my mucus plug.. should I be concerned??

Hi, I’m not really sure but the recommendation is to contact your healthcare team if it happens before 37 weeks.

Its worth doing that first thing tomorrow (or calling 111) and it might give you the reassurance you need 💐
