I’ve never been pregnant but I had this exact problem when I had weak glutes and abs and strained ligaments from walking badly from my weak glutes and abs. I’ve heard pregnancy loosens your ligaments and it probably (temporarily) weakens your abs. So your knee joints are likely under strain from this.

Maybe see a physio who specialises in pregnancy? It’s definitely fixable. I guess in your case it could resolve just from getting through the pregnancy.

Yes, I have this and in my last pregnancy! I’ve found that lying with my pregnancy pillow in between my legs helps a bit.

Final few weeks of pregnancy I basically built a pillow fort round me every night, no idea how my husband fit in the bed. I'd have one between my thighs while I laid on my side, one under the belly, one tucked in around my lower back.

Yes this started in my 2nd trimester and I wore a knee brace.
