Fragmin/blood thinners during pregnancy

Hi all
I've just had a successful round of IVF, and due to having 2 previous miscarriages, the clinic have put me on blood thinning injections. I have had the blood clotting tests which all came back clear but they put me on them anyway (maybe as a precaution?) They have now mentioned that I might come off them at around 8 weeks and this petrifies me. Has anyone else been in a similar position? (either IVF or natural pregnancy) and stopped taking the blood thinners early on? I guess I'm just looking for some reassurance that this will all be OK.
Thanks in advance to anyone who can help :)

Bumping for you. I'm on blood thinners as a precaution (no tests done but one FET that ended in early miscarriage) and also wondering when I should come off them.

I have factor V Leiden and so during my first pregnancy, as a precaution (we’d had ivf but fell pregnant naturally in between cycles) I had fragmin injections for the full pregnancy and 6 weeks after.

This time, the doctor was happy for me not to take them from around 8 weeks until I get to 28 weeks. I’m 26 weeks now so will be starting again soon and all has been fine so far.

Good luck with everything!! X

I got put on Fragmin last Saturday (32+6) because I tested positive for covid and had a few other risk factors. Only a 2 week course though.
