Ovary pain ? Ectopic? Wind?

Hi everyone.

I'm sooo early only 5+5 weeks, shock pregnancy, already have a 10yr old and 6 year old. I've had left sided on off ovary pain the last week, like it's on fire and every now and then spreads across pelvic area.

Last night at 1 I was awaken by awful burning left ovary pain which lasted about half an hour to the point I wanted to take a painkiller. It settled and has just been niggling since.

Anyone else had this experience and all been ok? Hoping it's trapped wind or something but concerned about ectopic?

Hi I had thi problem , I had right pain in my ovary too , and mine turned out to be a cyst . Have you had a scan yet.? As personally I would get a scan . I'm on baby number 3 myself shock pregnancy . But I was told before it could be due to my c section 5 yeahs ago but turns out cyst all a long and weekly scans as can only
See sac and nothing else . Xx

You need to go to gp or ring 111.
I had this and spent 12 hours in a and e on advice of Dr. Mine was put down to previous scarring and all fine an healthy DC now.
Your description rings alarm bells to me do please don't delay in seeking treatement

Thank you so much. Did yours subside when in a&e? Today I feel fine again but I think I will definitely ring GP etc as you have said to get checked. Did they do anything to help you or was it more of making sure baby was in the right place? Xx

Mine was like a constant stabbing pain that would come and go.
I get pain in that side every month before my period but because I was pregnant and has a previous MC i was worried it was something more.
They were just checking that baby was in the right place and I went for scan when they thought I was 6 weeks and turns out I was 6 weeks and 2 days so they could have done the scan rather than making me wait. Looked like a little blob but saw the heartbeat which was magical.

It's honestly not worth the risk of leaving it. Do you have any pain in your shoulder?
