Hi I’ve took 4 pregnancy tests all positive 2 clear blue that say 3+ weeks but I’ve just read that a uti can cause a positive pregnancy test, I don’t think I have a uti though I have being weeing more but only in little amounts I know I sound silly and paranoid but I just want peoples opinions thank you

Are you TTC? When did you ovulate? When did you DTD?

Jessican · 05/04/2023 11:09

My periods are irregular but my last period was end of January and I last had sex Valentine’s Day

@Jessican I think you may need to get in touch with your gp and local midwives, as you may be 9 weeks pregnant. Clearblue only detects upto 3 weeks from conception so any more tests will show up as 3+ as standard as you will be past that now.

If all the tests are positive I'd say you're pregnant but maybe go to the doctors.

Whataretheodds · 05/04/2023 13:11

Pregnancy can make you wee more - it did for me straight away.

If the tests are positive you're most likely pregnant. Is that what you'd hoped?

Jessican · 05/04/2023 13:29

@Gt1986 ive being in touch with the midwife’s I’m waiting for my booking appointment.
@Whataretheodds yeah it’s what I want I think that’s why I’m so paranoid

I very much doubt a uti would give you a 3+ weeks positive on a test. I would say you’re definitely pregnant.
